The British Institute offers an Open University style, unique, distance learning, certificated Basic Course in Veterinary Homeopathy.

Eligibility

This certificated course is open to veterinary technicians, pet owners and all those responsible for the care of domestic animals. It is not a license to practice.

Syllabus

This syllabus covers the fundamentals of homeopathy, the home treatment of domestic animals and first aid.

Introduction to Veterinary Homeopath l Principles and Philosophy of' Homeopathy l Sources and Preparation of Homeopathic Remedies / Decimal and Centesimal Potencies l Introduction to Animal Constitution l Basic Veterinary Materia Medica / Home Treatment of Pets or boarding animals for day to day ailments, including dogs, cats, rabbits and birds /Animal First Aid / Veterinary Organisations / Homeopathic Veterinary Surgeons.

Duration of Course

The average duration is 6 months depending on the student's personal goal and time available.
