THE FELLOWSHIP
The
Fellowship of the British Institute of Homeopathy was introduced in 1990. It is
conferred on the personal recommendation of our Patron, William
Tankard-Hahnemann, thus establishing a link between the Fellow and his great
great grandfather, Samuel Hahnemann.
The
Fellowship is a prestigious award, conferring not only many privileges, but a
membership of a worldwide fraternity of over 11,000 graduates and students of
the British Institute, with the opportunity to maintain close links with them
and the British Institute faculty, tutors and staff and to participate in all
activities.
Eligibility
The
Fellowship is open to all graduates at Diploma level or Postgraduate level of
the British Institute of Homeopathy or at a similar level at an accredited
College or School worldwide. Applicant
must demonstrate a high level of competence, integrity and a commitment to the
practice of the Healing Art at the discretion of the Council.
The
Fellowship may be renewed three years from the date of the original award. Privileges

signed personally by our Patron, Mr. Tankard-Hahnemann.

Medallion engraved
with the Fellow's name and titles on the reverse side with a ribbon in the
green and white colours of the British Institute in a lined presentation
case.

Personal use of the letters, FBIH

Malpractice, public
liability and product liability insurance up to £1 million per claim at
a very low premium (UK, Republic of Ireland and New Zealand only at
present).

Free, regular British
Institute International Newsletter.

Copies of future British
Institute Prospectuses.

A copy of the Hippocratic
Oath on vellum paper for display in the Fellow's practice.

Discounts on fees of
up to 20% at all British Institute in-class Seminars worldwide.

Purchase of selected Computer
Software at substantial discounts.

Membership of the British
Institute Research Council with the free loan of nearly 400
postgraduate theses from the Institute library (list available). Advice and
support of proposed research projects and assistance with the publication of
articles.
Please note that no refunds will
be entertained for any reason after your application has been accepted. As
a condition of fellowship, all Fellows, in common with all students, graduates
and tutors of the Institute, pledge to uphold the goodwill, integrity,
reputation and teaching of the British Institute, worldwide. Awards
will be sent by mail unless the Fellow requests public award.
